North Sydney based firm (2min walk from station) urgently needs an ESTIMATOR with solid experience within the building industry for an immediate start.

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced building estimator in commercial refurbishment and/or fit-out work/renovation work with generally a minimum of 3 years experience working with a building, quantity surveying or fit -out company.

You must be capable of reading and understanding building specifications, drawings and prepare accurate builders bills of quantities (accurate measurement skills).

This is an ongoing contract position.

Great horly rate on offer for the right people and the potential to work 3-5 days a week if necessary. May suit someone who is recently retired looking for some short term work.
