Needed Immediately: Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager

Your Role:  

• Delivery of BER / Schools stimulus projects to achieve both client and company objectives.
• Ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget and in a safe and planned manner in accordance with contract requirements to the highest quality standard.

  Skills:  

• 10+ years expereience as a Project Manager in small to medium sized construction projects such as schools, government buildings and commercial projects.
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
• Sound knowledge and committment to OHS, QA and Environmental principals.
• PC skills – emails, MS Office, MS Project.
• Excellent communicator with clients, sub-contractors and all stakeholders.
