A fresh strategic approach driven by a talented executive team has created a need for a high calibre, well connected business builder to step into a key role within this established, highly successful engineering and technology company – they have a global footprint with an envious track record supplying equipment and project services / technology solutions into in mining, mineral processing, chemical process, heavy industrial, utilities, manufacturing and infrastructure projects. Their products include automation, instrumentation and control, electrical power generation, transmission & distribution (T&D), low to medium voltage electrical distribution, protection and control and a range of mechanical systems.
Working closely with a highly respected, capable and inspiring Divisional Manager, you will lead your team of business development & sales professionals, mentoring to win new business; however you naturally gravitate to winning the big accounts and cracking new markets. You will bring business acumen, intelligence and a strategic approach to a successful business that is ready for the next stage of development.
You are a visionary, outgoing, enthusiastic leader able to engage, inspire and communicate well with customers and subordinates. Degree qualifications will be well regarded, however your market knowledge, corporate relationships and your track record of success in a similar solution selling role will be of greatest importance. Success in this role will position you well for progression to the senior executive. Preferred location is Brisbane however other capital city locations will be considered.
