This progressive leader of engineering design, project management and project delivery for major infrastructure, utilities and transport sectors is expanding.
As they grow they have requirements for a PLC / SCADA Engineer into their team who has a solid background with hardware / software, who can work in a team and autonomously, and has the potential to develop their career with new technology and in new fields.
Your role will include:
• Hardware & software design and engineering of PLC / SCADA solutions
• Configuring systems
• Programming / Code generation
• Site Installation & Implementation, Commissioning and Acceptance Testing
• Monitoring & Maintenance & Trouble-shooting / technical support
• Documentation
• Client interfacing regarding project matters
Your Qualifications, Experience & Attributes include:
• Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications such as electrical/electronic/communications
• SCADA applications - CITECT
• PLC programming skills – ROCKWELL, SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS
• Ability to grow in the role to learn and apply new technology quickly
• A hands-on approach to getting the job done
• ‘Can-Do’ enthusiastic attitude
• Communications skills that clients will readily relate to
• Can work with a highly skilled engineering team
• Ability to impart your knowledge to others
• Desire to progress your career
The successful candidate will be offered a salary to $70k – $100k neg + superannuation and other benefits.
