Snr BMS Service Technician / Team Leader

Recognised as one of the leading providers of building management systems in the country, this dynamic organisation is currently looking to appoint an experienced Senior BMS Service Technician / Service Team Leader to head up their Service operation in Perth.
Working in this leading role, and reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be mainly responsible for establishing the service operation. You will be required to ensure fulfillment of maintenance service contracts, carry out hands-on regular maintenance activities on the company’s BMS systems, fault-finding and trouble-shooting for breakdown services. It is expected that you will be assuming the leadership responsibility of building and managing a service team, as the group grow
You should have an electrical or refrigration and air conditioning trade background, a few years of demonstrated experience in servicing BMS systems, an aspiration and capacity to take on Service leadership role. Current Driver’s license with good clean driving record, good troubleshooting and fault finding skills, customer service mindset, and leadership are all essential for this required role.

Sales Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration

Recognised as one of the leading provider of industrial Refrigeration solutions equipment in the country, and with a large client base ranging from food processing manufacturing companies to chemical and process industries, this Australian design and construction company is looking to appoint a proven Sales Engineer for their Sydney based operation.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the generations of sales of new equipment and also turn-key projects. You will be working with existing clients as well as prospecting and establising new relationships for NSW market. As part of your functions, you will be required to put together own system proposals, prepare accurate estimates and quotations for tender submissions or tender presentation presentations.
Ideally, you have extensive refrigeration engineering and design experience, and an established career in sales. . It is essential that you must have in-depth knowledge of industrial refrigeration processes, and be able to put together practical design solutions for all scale projects in their entirety. You should also be highly motivated, result-driven, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills
